The regulation to control consumer purchases, possession and use of commonly available chemicals, has been updated and will come into effect from the 1st of October 2023. The new regulations identify concentration thresholds for specific chemicals that could be used to cause harm to the public.
In order for us to comply with the new regulations, and to ensure a smooth transition, we have had to implement new procedures in relation to taking orders for regulated and reportable substances which will also come into effect as of the 1st October 2023.
