A Palintest Service is all inclusive with no hidden costs. A photometer service includes:
- Visual evaluation of the instrument and its components
- Thorough internal and external clean
- Any required software upgrades
- Up to 66 calibration point check and re-calibration
- A full test to highlight any errors or inconsistencies
- All necessary repairs
Important Information:
✔️ Do not send your test kit until we have confirmed that the calibration has been booked and provided you with the necessary documentation.
✔️ You will be responsible for shipping the test kit to the manufacturer.
✔️ Please ensure you provide us with the serial number of the instrument requiring calibration.
